News, • August, 2011

The Belgian systems specialist – DR Gaming Technology (DRGT) announces that it has purchased the Austrian systems company Systems in Progress (SiP). This major strategic move will bring the complete systems product range of SiP within the DRGT operating business. The result is an even stronger, yet more customer-focused systems solutions offering for the gaming market.

Operators can with immediate effect make use of the further advantages of working together with DRGT - the truly independent systems company. DRGT offers systems solutions that can be integrated into each and every slot machine – regardless of age, type or manufacturer. DRGT solutions are ideal for any operations size – from the smallest to the largest gaming machine operator. The complimentary systems solutions of both companies ensure that the gaming market will be in a position to benefit strongly. The combined knowledge and product range carve the right synergies to place DRGT as the preferred partner for systems solutions.

Mr. Jurgen De Munck, CEO and co-founder of DRGT, explains, “This purchase is not only right for DRGT but it is also right for the market. DRGT is a young company that has brought very new systems technology to the gaming world. The last few months have been very exciting and we are very proud that our innovations are being requested so much by operators. Naturally SiP is a well-established company that has gained much respect throughout these years thanks to a combination of its product solutions and its great staff in Graz. We are very pleased to be taking both on board to offer the market an even better level of support”.

DRGT has purchased SiP from WMS Gaming Inc. Mr. Orrin Edidin, President of WMS said, “SiP has excellent systems technology and a talented workforce while WMS’ core business focus is on creating and producing great gaming content and innovative gaming entertainment. As a result, we believe SiP, its employees and customers will be well served under DRGT’s ownership and we wish them every future success.”

DRGT and Bally announces partnership

News, • 25th Feb, 2011

LAS VEGAS, February 25, 2011 - Bally Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: BYI), a leader in slots, video machines, casino-management, and networked and server-based systems for the global gaming industry, today announced DRGT Europe as its distributor for slot machines and related equipment in Belgium.

"We are delighted to be the new distributor for Bally and add its great products to our overall offerings," said Jurgen De Munck, DRGT's Chief Executive Officer. "Recent changes in gaming regulations in Belgium allow for linked progressives; Bally and DRGT are working closely to introduce these products to the market and offer the proven benefits of Bally products to the Belgian operators and their players."

In October, DRGT moved to a new, 9,000-square-foot facility in Knokke-Heist, Flanders, Belgium, where all maintenance and support of Bally products will be handled. The expanded facility enables DGRT to guarantee a quicker turnaround of machines for operators.

"DRGT will be a great partner for us as we look to further increase our market share and presence in Belgium," said Marco Herrera, Bally's Vice President and Managing Director of Europe, Middle East, and Africa. "Bally has an excellent reputation in linked progressives, and we are convinced this will give us the opportunity to re-launch Bally in Belgium."

This recent agreement exemplifies Bally's commitment to expanding its product presence in Europe by partnering with both operators and distributors to offer the latest and most compelling innovations to players throughout the important markets in this region.
